Regular Daily Departure Times: Galerian, Montenegro, and Island Water

Boat schedules may change depending on weather and operator, but we've gathered the latest departure and arrival times for Balatero-Batangas ports. Galerian Water Transport Services and Island Water are the most active in keeping their passengers updated. For other operators, we recommend contacting them directly to confirm their latest schedules.

The Road to the Port

(Approx. 2–3 Hours)

Your trip begins at the bustling terminals of Buendia, Cubao, or PITX. Hop on a JAM Liner, DLTB, or ALPS bus for a scenic 2-hour drive through the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR Tollway). We suggest leaving Manila at least 4 hours before your ferry departure to ensure a stress-free check-in at the Batangas Port passenger terminal.

Choosing Your Crossing

(Approx. 1–2 Hours)

The Fast Track

(60 Mins)

If you're eager to hit the beach, the FastCraft services from Galerian Water Transport, Island Water, and Montenegro Shipping Lines will whisk you across the Isla Verde Channel in just one hour. These are passenger-only vessels perfect for those traveling light.

The Steady Voyage

(120 Mins)

For those bringing a car or traveling with heavy gear, the RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) ferries from Montenegro Shipping Lines and Isla Simara offer a more deliberate 2-hour journey, allowing you to step out onto the deck and watch the mountains of Oriental Mindoro grow larger on the horizon.
